Matters needing attention:

One is enough for home use. It is recommended to buy several different grates or grids to try to distinguish them. The cover of the oven is necessary. It should be rain proof when used outdoors. It should be cleaned immediately after use. The screws of the lifting system, hand wheel and brake should be checked once a week.

For commercial BBQ themed restaurants, especially open kitchens, it is recommended to purchase 2 sets. The round bar grid is suitable for commercial use, which is faster and easier to clean.

V-shaped Argentine baking tray is more suitable for low temperature slow baking and guiding grease into the oil box, which will not drop on the charcoal to produce a large amount of tar, thus affecting the taste of barbecue.
